Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or federal holidays.

Brenzic Distribution LLC is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses submitted by the customer.
Any additional fees incurred due to address corrections, rerouting, storage, or return shipments may be charged to the customer.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.
Customers should inspect all deliveries upon receipt and report any shipping damage or shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, customers should contact us as soon as possible.
We will assist in filing carrier claims where applicable; however, shipping carrier determinations and claim approvals remain the responsibility of the carrier.
